ICM's home office employs over 100 high quality engineers, professionals, and industry experts - all dedicated to the success of the ethanol industry. ICM’s on-site manufacturing facility employs an additional 35 welders, craftsmen, and painters who are dedicated to the quality of ICM-manufactured equipment. Additionally, we have 30 full-time field employees who remain on-site throughout the construction phase of a project to oversee progress. These seasoned professionals have the know-how to get the job done right, and get it done on time. ICM’s two most recent self-perform projects, 30 MGY Western Plains and 30 MGY Trenton Agri Energy LLC were each completed in less than eight months. ICM, along with design/build partner Fagen, Inc., completed the 100 MGY VeraSun Energy, a green field project, and had it up to capacity less than a year from official groundbreaking.
