(January 8, 2013) – Road Racing legends Skip Barber, Bill Noble, Bobby Rahal, Carroll Shelby, and Andy Porterfield compose the 2013 SCCA Hall of Fame Class for significant contributions to motorsports and the Sports Car Club of America, as announced today by the SCCA. The newly-selected class will take their positions amongst the giants of the Club during an induction ceremony at the SCCA National Convention on Saturday, March 2, 2013 in Las Vegas.

(August 31, 2012)-Today the U.S. Bobsled & Skeleton Federation (USBSF) was honored to announce the appointment of Robert “Bobby” Rahal as chairman of the recently launched USA Bobsled & Skeleton Foundation (USABSF) during a press conference at the Baltimore Grand Prix in Baltimore, Md. USBSF CEO Darrin Steele initiated the foundation more than two years ago, and has focused on identifying a chairman to lead the USABSF before the official launch.
